Arrival & Check in

  • Check in starts at 2pm. In case you arrive earlier you can store your luggage with us free of charge

  • Check out by 10am. Late check out is upon availability, just ask at the reception the night before you depart.

  • Our reception operates 24/7 so you can check in at any time you will arrive.

  • Late flight? You can leave your luggage with us free of charge for the day of departure.

 
 

Booking information

  • Payment is upon arrival, unless requested otherwise.

  • All major cards and cash are accepted payment methods

  • Our prices are final and include all taxes, linen and breakfast

  • If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder

  • If you book a private room you can choose between double bed or twin beds

  • If you have any specific request about your bed, please send us an email at reservations@nubianhostel.gr

 
 

Cancellations & Refunds

For any modification or cancellation of your reservation, please contact us by email at reservations@nubianhostel.gr with your request.

  • You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before your arrival

  • You will be charged the first night if you can cancel in the 3 days before arrival

  • In case of non-show you will be charged for the whole reservation

Amenities and Services

  • Our common kitchen is available till midnight

  • All our beds in the dorms come with personal locker and a key. No need to bring your own lock-pad

  • Towels are for hire for a small fee. €2 euros for a large towel and €1 for a small one. Towels are included in our private rooms.

  • Our private rooms come with hairdryer, hairdryers are also available at the reception for all our guests.

  • We can arrange for you any kind of transfer, such as to or from the airport or the ports of Athens.

  • Lockers for luggage storage are available for €3 per day.

// Zero drug tolerance // No food or drinks allowed in residence areas // No illicit or indecent behavior allowed in residence areas // Visitors or friends not allowed in residence areas // No smoking allowed, except in designated areas provided // Alcohol consumption in common areas permitted within reason // Please keep noise down after 11PM, especially in dormitories, common and outdoor areas, out of respect for your fellow travellers and the neighbourhood // Check in after 2PM.
